What does Private Yoga look like for YOU?

Choose one of the following styles (or you can combine all together):

Hatha Yoga

The most widely practiced form of yoga in the world; uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama).

Restorative Yoga — “The Dessert of Yoga”

Uses props to eliminate the need for muscles to exert effort; postures are held for longer periods of time to initiate deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit.

Yin Yoga

Targets the connective tissue mainly of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine; postures are held for longer periods of time (3-8 minutes), with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints.
