Program Details

Embody Wellness Now eliminates the need for a morning or midday double shot espresso or a drink after work. This positive outlet provides stress relief, increases mental and physical health, and eases tension in the body resulting from long hours of sitting at a desk.

Our Corporate Yoga Wellness Program ("Yoga Happy Hour at the Office”):
--We come to your site, offering the following sessions:

  1. “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go” (Pre Work Session: supports mental focus, motivation, and rejuvenation)
  2. “Break on Thru to the Other Side” (Lunch Break Session: take a break, let go of your morning to-do’s, enjoy the bliss)
  3. “Time to Unwind” (After Work Session: release the day’s stress, relax into the peaceful unwinding of your mind/body)

All classes are Hatha Yoga.
Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Water Yoga are available upon request:

  • Hatha Yoga - the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world; uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama).

  • Chair Yoga – practice primarily sitting in a chair, or standing using the chair for support; a great way to learn time-effective poses you can do at your desk, car, or any other time you're sitting.

  • Restorative Yoga -“The Dessert of Yoga” - uses props to eliminate the need for muscles to exert effort; postures are held for longer periods of time to initiate deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit.

  • Yin Yoga - targets the connective tissue mainly of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine; postures are held for longer periods of time (3-8 minutes), with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints.

  • Water Yoga - the supportive environment of the pool provides easier access to muscles and joints, while also allowing for a deeper sense of the mind/body connection.

Included in the instruction are physical exercises, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques and on-site corporate classes which can be tailored to meet your needs. We recommend scheduling at least a 4 week session at first. Our experience is that once you see the results and get feedback from the employees, they will be asking when the next class session will start. Afterwards we can determine the session length that best suits your needs.
